1.3 Physical Goods

CareerEnergy sells branded merchandise such as books, manuals, and promotional materials related to industry best practices.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The following refund rules apply according to the type of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timelines specified.

2.1 Professional Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the appointment are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule once at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This policy allows us to manage resources and commitments effectively.

2.2 Digital Products

Due to immediate access upon purchase and licensing delivery, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds or interactions will be offered for digital products.

2.3 Physical Goods

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, submit a request via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. You may choose to interaction for items of equal or greater value.

3. Payment and Refund Processing

Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may require up to 14 days to appear, depending on your provider’s processing times.
